Merx was founded in 2001 with an aim to provide the highest level of professional project, cost and construction management services across multiple sectors. After two decades of partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands, we continue to set new industry benchmarks through innovative, cost effective and reliable services tailored to our clients’ individual needs.

Beginning in Singapore, our regional office network today supports clients right across the Asia region, providing a comprehensive range of traditional project management and future focused consultancy services to deliver strategic advice and address the changing needs of office, commercial and industrial space. Our aim always is on providing the best solutions to support our clients’ business objectives.

Aiming to redefine industry standards and benchmarks, our proprietary systems and agile methodologies have been developed and fine-tuned to enable client collaboration, transparency and effective cost management through all stages of the project life cycle. In addition, our planning and advisory service are designed to offer expert technical and regional knowledge to ensure a seamless progression from sourcing, design, build, relocation and post completion.
